Workshop Implementasi Link dan Super Match bertujuan untuk Penguatan Kerjasama antara Sekolah dengan DUDIKA, Penyelarasan Kurikulum dan Pengembangan Bahan Ajar (Digital dan Manual), Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan dan Penilaian Praktek Kerja Lapangan, Pelaksanaan Komitmen DUDIKA untuk Rekruitmen dan Penyaluran Lulusan dan Penguatan Kemitraan.
Selasa, (26 Oktober 2021) SMK COE-PK Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik mengadakan Workshop Implementasi Link dan Super Match bersama 6 DUDIKA oleh Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya, PT.Cemindo Gemilang Gresik, PT.Aplus Pasific Gresik, PT.Swabina Gatra Gresik, PT.Surabaya Mekabox dan PT.Mokko Otomasi Indonesia. Kegiatan ini Berlangsung di Aula Mas Mansyur mulai Pukul 11.00-13.00 WIB dan di hadiri oleh seluruh PTK SMK COE-PK Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik dan Wakil dari seluruh DUDIKA.
Workshop tersebut di awali dengan sambutan dari Bapak Mukromin Latief, S.Pd selaku Kepala Sekolah dan Bapak Eko Prasetyo Hidayat, S. Pd selaku Humas, selanjutnya materi pertama di sampaikan oleh Bapak Aries Pratiarso, ST, M.T dari Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya (PENS), dengan materi tentang Program tujuan SMK-PK. “Tujuan Program SMK-PK ini untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang terserap di dunian kerja atau menjadi wirausaha melalui keselarasan pendidikan vokasi yang mendalam dan menyeluruh dengan dunia kerja serta diharapkan menjadi pusat peningkatan kualitas dan rujukan bagi SMK lainnya” Ujar Bapak Aries Pratiarso, ST, M.T selaku Dosen Teknik Telekomunikasi Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya (PENS).
Program SMK-PK merupakan kelanjutan dari sebelumnya, yakni SMK Center Of Excellence (CoE) dan revitalisasi SMK “Satu aspek yang belum selesai adalah kampus pendamping inilah yang menjadi pembeda dengan SMK CoE” atau juga program pembangunan SMK dengan kompetisi keahlian tertentu dalam peningkatan kualitas dan kinerja.

Selanjutnya Ibu Arin Kurniasari, S.Psi dari PT. Cemindo Gemilang mulai menyampaikan Materi Workshop tentang PT.Cemindo Gemilang Gresik yang merupakan salah satu produsen semen pemium di Indonesia, Perusahaan ini berdiri sejak tahun 2011 dan merupakan pemegang merek Semen Merah Putih, PT.Cemindo Gemilang ini memiliki anak perusahaan yang bernama PT, Motive Mulia dan memiliki 4 pabrik yang tersebar di Indonesia, Semen Merah Putih memiliki 3 keunggulan yang terletak pada kekuatan, daya tahan, dan kemudahan dalam pekerjaan.
PT.Aplus Pasific Gresik menjadi urutan ketiga untuk menjelaskan materinya. PT. Aplus Pasific Gresik Menjelaskan mengenai Produk yang telah dikelola, PT.Aplus memproduksi bahan-bahan bangunan mulai dari atap sampai dinding yang diantaranya ada Aplus Gypsum, Aplus Metal Roofing, Aplus Steel dan masih banyak lagi.
Terdapat 6 DUDI yang hadir dalam Workshop Implementasi Link dan Super Match di SMK COE-PK Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik, diantaranya:
